What areas do you serve? When are you available?
We are open WEDNESDAY-SUNDAY all year including holidays. We primarily serve within a 10 mile radius of Hochatown/Broken Bow Oklahoma. If you are outside this service area, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to discuss your exact needs
Can you set up indoors or outdoors?
Our courses can be set up indoors or outdoors as long as there is adequate space.  
How much space is needed?
Each hole measures approximately 8 feet x 30 inches. Generally, a space approximately 4 x 10 feet is appropriate for each hole to allow space for golfers to have adequate access all around each hole for ease in putting.

Because of the individual nature of the holes, our setup has a lot of flexibility and holes can be spaced out and arranged to accommodate almost any location. Outdoors, spaces like a front/back yard, driveway, or deck can work well. 

Another consideration is that mini golf works best on surfaces that are as flat and level as possible. We also need a moderately clean surface. (gravel, real or fake grass, rock, cement, asphalt, etc. are all fine)

Do you only rent 9 holes?
Although our standard packages are all based on 9 holes, if you have a larger group or event we can offer more holes. Just reach out to our office for details
What access do you need to set up the course?
For indoor set up, the course can fit through a standard 36 inch wide door, but a larger door is helpful. Because of the size of the rolling racks that carry the course and obstacles, we need adequate space to maneuver to get the course into a space. Please reach out to our office and we’ll be happy to assist with setup and access questions particularly if stairs, elevators, or long distances from the delivery truck to the setup location are needed.
Are the holes all different from one another? Can we choose which holes and obstacles we have?
Each hole has different elevations, hole locations, permanent obstacles for unique challenges.

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, it’s not possible to specify exactly which holes and obstacles you’ll have.
What if it rains?
Our courses are weatherproof.
Do you need electricity?
If you are doing a nighttime event, or an indoor “LED glow golf” experience, the holes will arrive already charged and remain illuminated up to six hours without the need to recharge. If your rental is a multi-day event, holes will need to charge overnight using a standard outlet.
Is this appropriate for both adults and kids?
Yes! Everyone from the age of 3 to 103 loves mini golf. Our inventory of putters includes toddler, child and adult size clubs and the challenge level of the holes accommodates golfers of all ages.
How long does it take to set up and tear down?
This depends on how easy the access is from our truck to the setup area. Typically, it takes 15-20 minutes for setup and about the same amount of time for teardown.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your event up to 2 days before the event date. If the booking is cancelled with less than 2 days notice, you will be responsible for payment of the fee in full, although this may also be applied to a future party or event.
May we take photos or videos?
Yes, of course! There are plenty of great photo and video opportunities. Many priceless memories can be captured.
How large of a group can you accommodate?
Golf course capacity is measured by “players per hour.” Everyone plays at a different speed, but generally speaking a 9 hole course can accommodate approximately 40 players per hour. If you will have more than 40 players per hour, call our office to discuss 18 hole options for up to 80 players per hour.
